Privacy and contact views

Registration and revealing seller contacts are free on Viwest Market. Publication credits and optional paid packages are described in our publication terms. Buyers and sellers arrange transactions directly; revealing a contact does not create a paid order, reservation or delivery guarantee.

Your account

We use your verified Telegram identity to create your account and keep your listings, favorites and contact activity together. We do not ask for your Telegram password.

Your name and profile photo are public on your seller profile and listings. We import your Telegram profile photo when available. You can upload a replacement, refresh it from Telegram or remove it in your profile. Without a photo, we show your initials. Replaced photos stop being served; stored files are retained pending cleanup.

Seller contacts

Sellers choose which Telegram username, telephone number or email address to share. Dedicated contact fields are revealed only to signed-in users who explicitly request them. Information placed in public descriptions or photos is visible to everyone.

Contact activity

When you click “Show contacts”, we record your account, listing, time and whether the action came from the website or Mini App. Sellers can see who opened their contacts, including the buyer’s displayed name and Telegram username if available, first and last opening, unique people and total opens. Administrators can review these statistics. Network retries are not counted again.

Account support

To request correction or removal of account information, use the category request form in your profile with the subject “Account data request”. Your request is visible to administrators. Do not include passwords or sensitive documents.
